Inventory Portal Ordering, Receipting and Delivery

Users will only have to update the stock on hand for one batch record per asset every 24 hours, rather than each batch under the asset.
Stock on hand must be up to date before you can place an order.

Locations will be prevented from ordering new stock if they have incoming orders, which have been dispatched, but not receipted, within 48 hours.

Designated Delivery Days: Orders may only be raised for delivery on the designated delivery day of the receiving location.
Cut off for submitting the order for approval is 3pm two days prior to delivery. Orders submitted after that time will not be able to place an order. Please note: Monday and Tuesday deliveries must submit orders by 3pm the Friday before. If submitted after 3pm the delivery date will default to the Monday or Tuesday a week later.
