Our goal is to provide the best patient experience. To do so, we need honest feedback from our patients, whānau/family, their caregivers and the community.
- Use the enquiry and feedback form to ask a question or give feedback (e.g. complaints, suggestions, compliments) about our health services.
Before using the form please note:
- If you have an urgent hospital-related enquiry, please telephone the hospital concerned
- If you are seeking medical advice or treatment, please contact your doctor (General Practice) or the person in charge of your care. Medical queries cannot be answered by using this form.
