Enquiries about patients

To enquire about a patient in hospital, please:

• phone the relevant number below
• tell us the full name of the patient
• tell us the ward they are in, if you know it.

For privacy reasons, we can only provide basic information about their location and condition.

If you want to discuss something with a member of their care team, you can ask to be put through to their ward or the nurse or midwife in charge of the ward.
