You can also register for the MoH Blue Star portal to order printed vaccine materials. 
Please email: moh.support@bluestargroup.co.nz and request ‘Vaccine resources access’. You will need to provide: Clinic/practice/pharmacy name and address, a contact name, email address and phone number.

  • Follow the CIR Login instructions and download the Salesforce Authenticator app onto your phone.  Must use an individual work domain email.
  • Once link to CIR Login is sent, set up a password and log in and out of CIR.
  • Continue to do this daily so your login password remains active, and it becomes second nature.
  • Please note your PROVIDER, FACILITY and SITE won’t be listed until you have completed the New Site CIR Portal Set-up Form so in the meantime select Bay of Plenty DHB then an existing site e.g. BOPDHB until your portal site application is approved.
  • DRAW-UP Training: please contact Donna Gardiner Donna.Gardiner@bopdhb.govt.nz, 027 2417749 to make arrangements.
  • Choose at least two people to be the Inventory Leads (These are the people who will be placing the orders and managing the vaccine and consumable stock levels)
  • The two Inventory Leads must complete the Inventory Training component on IMAC Learning under COVID Courses ; choose the ‘orange forklift picture’ for Inventory Training
  • Forward the names, personal work domain email addresses (for CIR access) and contact phone numbers to help@c-19imms.min.health.nz.
  • Complete the New Facility Site Set-up Form (Appendix B) to get your business facility showing on CIR and the Inventory Portal and email this to Donna.Gardiner@bopdhb.govt.nz
  • Arrange for Donna Gardiner Donna.Gardiner@bopdhb.govt.nz to visit for clinical support and to view the proposed vaccinating process.
  • Support and assistance will be provided for the initial inventory process.
  • Watch the Vimeo videos for inventory/ordering/receipting deliveries.
  • A qualified vaccinator will arrange to be present for support on the first day.  
  • Once your facility is on the portal showing as a provider the timeframe for going live can be estimated for you to start booking patients, order the vaccine, and prepare your site e.g., order all the necessary consumables and stationery. Email Donna Gardiner donna.gardiner@bopdhb.govt.nz to visit to complete the site sign-off check list.
  • Note: For General Practices with Foundation Accreditation, they will not require full sign-off by Donna, however, please let her know your status of Cornerstone or Foundation Accreditation.
